PLCB & Associates brings commercial real estate expertise built on over 35 years of experience. In 1990, Jean-Pierre Proulx left a national real estate brokerage, where he held various positions since 1978, to create Jean-Pierre Proulx & Associates. He was joined in 1993 by Carol Vadnais. A few years later, Jean-Pierre Proulx & Associates became PLCB & Associates Inc., Licensed Real Estate Broker. Jean-Marc Proulx, Alexandre Bauduin, and Louis-Philippe Labonté later joined the team, contributing their knowledge and energy.

Our commitment to our clients has made us a market leader, negotiating over 5 million sq. ft. of commercial space in Laval and the North Shore since 1990.
